Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to information when you visit the Acumano website or use its “Request a demo” form.
Who we are
Acumano is a product of ACELOCALE LTD (company number 14297504). Registered office: 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.
Questions about this notice: hello@acumano.com.
The demo request form
The form asks for:
- your name
- your business name
- your email address
- your business phone number
- a message, if you choose to write one
We use these details to respond to your request for a demo callback. Submitting the form does not book an appointment.
When the request is confirmed, we create an unassigned Website lead in our access-controlled Frappe CRM. We also send the request details to our team at hello@acumano.com from our notification mailbox. The message you provide is linked to that lead. Only authorised CRM users can open the lead.
The form includes a hidden spam-check field. We use the submitting IP address briefly to limit repeated requests; we do not add it to the lead. If submission fails, the form keeps your entries in your browser so you can retry.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics is off unless you choose it. When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. If you choose Reject analytics, or don’t choose, we don’t load Google Analytics and no analytics cookies are set.
If you choose Accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how people use this website, such as which pages are visited and how visitors reach us. Google Analytics then sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_XCV3PLBQ52) to tell visits apart, and Google receives information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you view.
Before a page address is sent to Google Analytics, this website removes everything after the page path, such as query parameters and “#” fragments. For the address of the previous site you came from, only the site name is sent. The website is set up not to pass the name, email address, phone number, message or other details you enter in the demo form to Google Analytics. Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off in this website’s analytics settings.
To learn how Google uses this information, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s privacy policy.
Changing your choice
Your choice is saved in your browser so we don’t ask on every page. Your current choice: not chosen yet (analytics is off).
You can also use the Cookie link at the bottom of any page. If you change from accept to reject, analytics stops and we remove the Google Analytics cookies this website set.
Other technology
The demo form keeps a temporary request identifier in the current page, so a retry does not create a second lead.
The website’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. To display them, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address. This happens whether or not you accept analytics.
